Patrick's Golf Outing started in 2001 as a group of customers going golfing on the Steelers' bye-week. This was usually the last round of golf for many folks, as the bye-week falls in October quite often. Patrick's Golf Outing grew from just a individual round to the current format, a scramble. The Outing has been held at: Lindenwood Golf Club in 2001, Bon Air in 2002, Quiksilver in 2003, Rolling Acres 2004, Blackhawk 2005, No outing in 2006 (Pub under construction), Moon Golf Club 2007, Blackhawk 2008. What started out as a friendly gathering of 4-10 people turned into our current Scramble in 2005. That was the first year of over 20 people. Scores started being gathered in 2007. Patricks aims to have a fun sociable day on the golf course and everyone convenes back at the Pub for some wings and beers after the outing. Hope to see you in 2009!
